Dues and Events |

When a homeowner posted on Facebook asking if anyone was interested in restarting our voluntary home owners association the response was an overwhelming YES. The night of the first planning meeting we had a snow storm but neighbors still came out.
Thanks to a great community effort, the Meadows HOA was resurrected in 2018. Many volunteers came together and organized social events, neighborhood garage sales, holiday parties, new neighbor welcome packages, and a newsletter. A committee was also formed to look at improving our entrance signs in the future. On the administrative side, we have had to update the organization’s banking contacts, complete IRS filings, get event insurance, and have filed many reports with the State to get us legally active. |
Even though they are voluntary, we kindly ask that all homeowners pay their membership dues. The cost is a reasonable $25 per household. Your dues go a long way for The Meadows HOA. The dues pay for our social events and administrative costs (insurance, state filings, etc.).
In the past, dues have gone to support social events, neighborhood garage sales, holiday parties, new neighbor welcome packages, and a newsletter. Plus, the more revenue we get, the more opportunity we have to better maintain our entrance signs and complete other projects. Please, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. |
